Criminal Identity Theft. Being mistaken for someone else can
be very dangerous. This really can make you be punished for something you never

done by fraudsters to whom the victim may be responsible.
Criminal identity theft can also affect the victim in
obtaining a job. Fraudsters can easily use other personal documents in several
events. Fraudsters can steal from the company and assumed identity may get a
bum wrap for the action taken.
Real problem in identity theft is that the burden of proof
relies on the evidence of victims. Victims should have enough information and
data to clarify the issue. Not only that, if the imposter had committed serious
abuses, the trial could take years. It can even cost the victim thousands of
dollars to clear his name. It is more convenience on the part of victims.
In most cases, victims are required to have a set of
circumstances. Victims should provide sufficient time and evidence to clear
this problem on his criminal record. A good lawyer should also be maintained,
the sooner you clear your name and your record the better it will for you.
